一、学校简介
长沙理工大学是一所以工为主,工、理、管、经、文、法、哲、艺等多学科协调发展,以本科教育为主体,具有博士后科研流动站、博士学位授予权和硕士生推免权的多科性大学。学校是全国先进基层党组织、湖南省文明标兵单位、湖南省依法治校示范学校。经过60多年的建设和发展,学校积淀了以“博学、力行、守正、拓新”校训和“铺路石精神”为内核的大学文化。自建校以来,为交通、电力、水利、轻工等行业和区域经济社会发展培养了40余万高级专门人才。学校本科招生第一批次覆盖全国,毕业生就业率连续多年保持在95%以上。
学校是国家“中西部高校基础能力建设工程”高校。现有金盆岭、云塘两个校区,校园占地面积2980亩,校舍总建筑面积120余万平方米,固定资产总值39.52亿元。图书馆纸本藏书331.19万册,电子图书78.26万册,中外期刊1347种,拥有教育部科技查新工作站和中国电机工程学会电力科技查新工作站。学校设有19个教学学院,1个独立学院和1个继续教育学院。现有全日制在校学生37000余人,其中博士、硕士研究生近5000人。

学校紧紧依托行业,建成了水平较高、特色鲜明的本科教育教学体系。现有62个本科专业,其中国家级特色专业9个、国家级本科人才培养模式创新实验区1个(土木工程专业)、国家级专业综合改革试点专业1个(会计学专业)、通过国家工程教育专业认证的专业9个、列入教育部“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的本科专业5个、教育部批准的中外合作办学本科教育项目1个(土木工程专业)。拥有国家级教学团队2个,国家级精品视频公开课程2门,国家级精品资源共享课程3门,国家级双语教学示范课程1门;国家级工程实践教育中心6个,国家级示范实验教学中心2个,国家级虚拟仿真实验教学中心2个;国家级大学生校外实践教育基地1个,教育部“卓越计划”校外实践教育基地1个;省级精品课程25门,省级大学生创新训练中心3个,省级校企合作人才培养示范基地10个,省级示范实验(实践)教学中心11个,省级虚拟仿真实验教学中心2个。
学校先后获准为教育部“卓越工程师教育培养计划”试点学校,教育部“大学生研究性学习与创新性实验”、“国家级大学生创新创业训练计划”项目实施学校。近五年,获得省级教学成果奖22项;大学生获得国家级各类学科竞赛和科技成果奖200余项,省级学科竞赛和科技成果奖1200余项。
学校拥有“十二五”省级重点学科11个,工程学进入ESI全球排名前1%;现有博士后科研流动站3个,一级学科博士学位授权点6个,二级学科博士学位授权点28个,一级学科硕士学位授权点24个,二级学科硕士学位授权点121个,硕士专业学位授权点10个,具有授予同等学力硕士学位资格。拥有国家级科研平台2个、教育部创新团队2个、省级创新团队7个、省部级重点实验室和工程(技术)研究中心等自然科学创新平台34个、省级哲学社会科学研究基地14个。
学校主持完成的“膨胀土地区公路建设成套技术”项目2009年获得国家科学技术进步奖一等奖;主持完成的“混凝土桥梁施工期和使用期安全控制的关键技术”、“混凝土桥梁服役性能与剩余寿命评估方法及应用”、“沥青路面状态设计法与结构性能提升技术及工程应用”项目分别于2006、2011、2012年3次获得国家科学技术进步奖二等奖。近五年,学校主持承担国家级项目368项,实现了国家重点基础研究发展计划(“973计划”)项目历史性突破,并获国家科技支撑计划课题、国家863计划课题、国家社会科学基金重大项目、国家杰出青年基金项目等高端项目资助;获得国家科技成果奖4项;职务发明专利552项。
学校坚持开放办学,广泛开展国际合作交流,先后与美国、英国、法国、加拿大、俄罗斯及港澳台等20多个国家和地区的70余所高等院校和科研机构建立了交流与合作关系。具有招收和培养来华留学生资格,是中国政府奖学金来华留学生培养单位。目前在校留学生近200人,其中学历生超过80%。与黑山大学、利比里亚大学分别合作共建孔子学院。近年来,共派出1000余名在籍学生出国出境交流学习。

About CSUST
Boasting of a history of over 60 years, Changsha University of Science & Technology (CSUST) evolves into an engineering-centered multidisciplinary university, integrating engineering, science, management, economics, liberal arts, law, philosophy, and fine arts with a stronghold in undergraduate education and a capacity of post-doctoral science and research workstations, conferment of Doctor's Degree and recommendation of postgraduates for Master's Degree. The University has received many honorary titles such as the national advanced grass-roots party organization, a civilized pacesetter unit in Hunan Province, and a demonstration unit of law and order in the province. With over 60 years of development, the university has accumulated a culture with the core value "erudition, practice, integrity and innovation" and "Pave Stone Spirit". Since the establishment of the university, more than 400,000 senior professionals have been trained in transportation, electricity, water conservancy, light industry and other industries for regional economic and social development. The first batch of undergraduate enrollment covers the whole country, while the employment rate of graduates has remained 95% or more for many years.
The university is honored with “basic capacity-building project college/university in the central and western regions”. It is located on Jinpenling and Yuntang campuses, with an area of around 200 hectares and a total floor space of 1.2 million square meters. The university has fixed assets totaling 3.952 billion yuan. The university has a collection of more than 3.3119 million printed books, 782.26 thousand copies of eBooks, and 1347 copies of Chinese and foreign academic journals. The university has a science search station in accordance with the Ministry of Education standard and a power science search station of the China Electrical Engineering Society. The university has 19 teaching faculties, an independent/affiliated college and a continuing education faculty. There are more than 37,000 full-time registered students, including nearly 5,000 doctoral and master students.
Upholding the strategy of Talent First, the university is staffed with 1920 full-time teachers, among whom, 314 professors and 650 associate professors. One accredited academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) and 2 other CAE academicians that hold concurrent posts in CSUST. Honor-winning talents are many, such as: 2 national "Thousand Talents Program" candidates, 1 chief scientist of the "973 Program" project, 2 "Changjiang Scholars" special professors, 3 "National Outstanding Youth Fund" winners, 4 candidate-elects of national "High-end Foreign Expert Program" (Cultural and Educational Projects), 20 experts who enjoy special government allowances from the State Council, 3 national-level teachers, 2 national outstanding teachers, 1 national ethics-and-moral model, 1 youth talent in the "Thousand Talents Plan", and 1 candidate of the “Youth Changjiang Scholar", 2 leading science talents in Hunan Province, 1 candidate of the “Group Hundred Talents Program” in Hunan Province, 11 staff of the “Hundred Talents Program” in Hunan Province, and 2 talents in the “Youth Hundred Talents Program”.
Relying deeply on key industries, the university has built up a higher level and distinctive undergraduate education system. It has a total of 62 undergraduate majors, among which it boasts 9 state-level majors, 1 national undergraduate training model innovation experiment area (civil engineering). 1 major received national comprehensive reform pilot zone (accounting). In addition, 9 majors accredited by China Engineering Education Association, 5 undergraduate programs listed among Outstanding Engineer Education and Training Initiative by the Ministry of Education, and 1 Chinese-Foreign joint education program in civil engineering approved by the national education authority. In other aspects, there are 2 national-level teaching teams, 2 national-level online open courses, 3 national-level quality resource sharing courses, 1 national bilingual teaching course, 6 national engineering practice education centers, and 2 national demonstration experimental teaching centers, 2 national virtual simulation experiment teaching centers, 1 national off-campus education base for college students, 1 off-campus practice education base of the MoE Excellent Plan. Provincially, the university has 25 top courses of, 3 college student innovation training centers, 10 university-enterprise cooperation training demonstrations, 11 demonstration experiment/practice teaching centers, and 2 virtual simulation experimental teaching centers.
The university has been approved by the Ministry of Education for the following programs, "excellent engineer education training program" "College student research learning and innovative experiment", "National college student innovative training program", etc. In the past five years, it has won 22 provincial awards for teaching achievements, more than 200 awards for national competitions and scientific and technological achievements, and more than 1200 awards for subject competitions and science achievements at the provincial level.
The university has 11 key disciplines on a provincial or ministerial level during the twelfth Five-year Plan period, with the engineering subject ranking among the top 1% of ESI worldwide. It has 3 post-doctoral workstations, 6 primary-discipline and 28 sub-disciplines for doctoral degrees, 24 primary-discipline and 121 sub-disciplines for master’s degrees, and 10 postgraduate degree authorizations. It is accredited to confer master’s degrees to those with equivalent academic attainments. The university has 2 national-level scientific research platforms, 2 MoE innovation teams. Provincially, there are 7 innovation teams, 34 key laboratories and engineering (technical) research centers and other natural science innovation platforms, with 14 philosophy and social science research bases.
Recent science advancements: In year 2009, the project "Integrated Repair Techniques of Road Construction in Expansive Soil Area" won the first prize of the National Scientific and Technological Advancement Award. Projects such as "Key Technologies of Security Control in Concrete Bridge Construction and Use Period", "Assessment Method of Concrete Bridge Service Performance and Remaining Life and Its Application", "Design of Bitumen Road Surface and Improvement Method of Its Structural Performance as well as Engineering Application" were awarded the second place of the same national award in 2006, 2011 and 2012 respectively. Over the past five years, the university has engaged in over 368 national projects, making historic strides in projects of the national key basic research development plan (known as the "973 Plan"). The university has been successively funded by high-end projects such as the National Science and Technology Support Program, National 863 Program, National Social Science Major Fund Project, and National Outstanding Youth Fund Project, etc. additionally, It has won 4 national science and technology achievement awards and 475 service invention patents.
CSUST adheres to the open education thinking by establishing international exchange and cooperation with world partners. We have established exchange and cooperation with some 70 institutions of higher learning and research institutions from more than 20 countries or regions, including the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Russia, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and the Taiwan region, etc. It is accredited to enroll and train international students under China Government Scholarship Programs. Currently, it has over 200 international students studying on campus, with degree students taking up 80% of all. We have two Confucius Institutes jointly operating with University of Montenegro and University of Liberia. Over the past few years, the university has sent more than 1000 registered students to study outside mainland China.

岗位职责:
把握学科方向,制定发展战略,开展学科建设。指导青年学者教学科研工作。组建并带领学术团队开展工作;完成约定的教学科研任务。
要求:
1.54周岁以下,具有全日制博士学位和3年及以上海外研修经历;
2.国内外学术声誉高,具有前瞻性、战略性眼光,具有带领学科迈向一流学科的能力;
3.所学并从事交通运输工程、土木工程、机械工程、水利工程、电气工程、热能与动力工程、工商管理、计算机、数学、电子科学、材料科学等专业领域研究工作;
4.取得突出科研成果且近5年以第一作者或通讯作者在国际顶级期刊发表一定数量的学术论文。
薪酬待遇:
除工资待遇外还可享受人才津贴50-90万元/年。提供过渡性住房,并提供150-200万元安家费,提供60-1000万元科研启动经费。
(二)拔尖人才 20人 地点:长沙
岗位职责:
带领本学科、专业、实验室建设工作,制定建设规划,组建或参与组建研究团队;完成约定的教学科研任务。
要求:
1. 54周岁以下,具有全日制博士学位和3年及以上海外研修经历;
2.具有深厚的学术造诣和良好的团队合作精神,有稳定的研究方向,已取得具有重要影响的科研成果;
3.所学并从事交通运输工程、土木工程、机械工程、水利工程、电气工程、热能与动力工程、工商管理、计算机、数学、电子科学、材料科学等专业领域研究工作;
4.取得突出科研成果,且近5年入选ESI全球高被引科学家、高被引学者,或以第一作者或通讯作者发表一定数量的ESI高被引、SCI 一区收录论文。
薪酬待遇:
除工资待遇外还可享受人才津贴25-30万元/年。提供过渡性住房,并提供60-100万元安家费,提供30-100万元科研启动经费。
(三)青年英才 30人 地点:长沙
岗位职责:
参与制定学科、专业、实验室建设规划,参与本学科学术梯队建设,组建或参与组建高水平的研究团队。积极申报国家级相关人才计划;完成约定的教学科研任务。
要求:
1. 45周岁以下,具有全日制博士学位和2年及以上海外研修经历;
2.具有较丰富的学术积累和良好的团队合作精神,有稳定的研究方向;

(四)优秀博士 40人 地点:长沙
岗位职责:
完成所聘岗位教学、科研、学科建设等工作。
要求:
1.32周岁以下,具有全日制博士学位和2年及以上海外研修经历;
2.所学并从事交通类、土木类、机械类、水利类、电气类、动力类、管理类、计算机类、数学、物理、电子类、材料类、建筑类、文学类、哲学类、设计类等专业领域研究工作;
3.取得较优异的科研成果,且近5年以第一作者(或导师第一作者、本人第二作者)发表一定数量的SCI、SSCI、EI源刊或CSCD、CSSCI核心库期刊论文。
薪酬待遇:
